I have been trying to get used to drinking green tea because of the “Health Benefits”. I put it in quotes because I don’t think it has really been documented. I drink around 2 cups a day of decaf hot tea already. The one thing I have realy had a heard time getting used to is the bitter taste of green tea over other kinds. It’s just bitter. I have been adding a little honey just to combat this a little and it seems to help

it may be bitter if it is steeped in water that is too hot….each type of tea is best when steeped at specific temps….
