Green Tea Cut Fatal Lung Cancer Risk

Lung cancer is one of the most common disease nowadays. With small-cell carcinoma (SCLC), you have the worse of the lot.

SCLC represents 15 to 20 percent of all lung cancer cases. It is so fatal that more than 85 percent of the patients die within 5 years.

A breakthrough study conducted by Dr. Sadava of Keck Science Center, California, discovered that green tea antioxidant EGCG slow cancer growth by blocking enzyme telomerase.
